Part hotel, part social club, Clayton Hotel & Members Club was experiencing an identity crisis that could only be reconciled through changing the way they talked about themselves. After conducting an extensive brand workshop, we analyzed their current narrative to identify what was and wasn’t working and formed brand pillars for a new messaging framework that would speak to their target audiences and clearly communicate their concept across every platform.
